Whilst working for The University of Edinburgh and UNSW Sydney, I helped hundreds of Canadians apply abroad and have a strong understanding of Canadian qualifications.

Given the difficulty of getting into professional degrees in Canada, programs like Medical School, Veterinary School, Dental School and Law School overseas, especially in the UK, have been growing in popularity amongst Canadians. But these aren't the only programs Canadians are applying for abroad; there is a large number of applicants for subjects like Business, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, International Relations and Computer Science as well.

There is also funding from the Canadian provincial governments to help you fund your degree abroad, and many universities overseas also have Canadian student societies, so you'll always have that little touch of familiarity when you need it!
